I am a coach, consultant, and counsellor, based in Singapore. My career includes 20 years in learning and development and HR leadership roles in multinational organisations across sectors including financial services (Franklin Templeton Investments), petrochemical (ExxonMobil), IT (Hewlett Packard) and in a not-for-profit organisation, the Singapore National Employers Federation.
While there are clear lines separating coaching and counselling, my studies in counselling psychology in recent years provide me with deeper understanding of how I can help clients increase self-awareness, regain autonomy, and empower themselves to overcome barriers to their goals. I have a master’s degree in Applied Finance and in Psychotherapy. I am certified in Results Coaching Systems (2006) and several psychometric instruments including Hogan Assessment and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and DISC personality tests.
In my time off, I paint watercolor and run a weekly painting class for a small group of women who come for the art as well as to recharge.
