I am an Executive Career and Leadership Coach with extensive experience in career and leadership coaching. My big passion is empowering others to develop, reach their potential and maximise opportunities to significantly enhance their careers through both one-to-one coaching and group coaching workshops.
I am a qualified coach who works with a diverse range of clients with different life and career experiences – a big passion of mine – which enables them to be themselves, develop and thrive.
My approach is to create partnerships that are open, honest and encourage reflection. My style is to think big and bold, using active listening to understand clients’ needs, working with them to gain clarity on their requirements, and ensuring that they achieve their goals successfully.
My corporate career in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Organisation Design spanned across different sectors working in senior HR strategic and leadership roles. I have worked for a range of organisations including City of London Police, Homes England, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) and Versus Arthritis.
When I returned to work having had my two sons, I faced challenges in relation to my own self-belief and confidence. Having experienced the benefits of having a coach, this really sparked my interest. My life and career experiences led me to my chosen path of coaching and establishing my own coaching practice.
A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I have contributed to HR publications including HR Magazine sharing my top tips on career success.
