I am a Consultant and Certified Coach (PCC). With more than 15 years of experience and leadership positions in large corporations, I have worked in both the private sector (JP Morgan & American Express) and non-profit sectors (Save the Children, Lemann Foundation). I have a Harvard Business School MBA (USA) and a Business Administration degree (Brazil) with Fundação Getúlio Vargas. I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and a Certified Mental Fitness Coach (CPQC) on the Positive Intelligence methodology.
Leveraging on my professional experience, I offer coaching and consultancy to organisations and to a wide variety of individuals, with focus on challenging transitions and leadership skills. I also facilitate Coaching groups for corporates and speak at conferences and corporate events. Since September 2021, I have been a Board Member of the International Coaching Federation (UK ICF).
I am originally from Brazil and have been in the UK for over 20 years. I live in London with my Norwegian husband and 3 children. I enjoy travelling and exploring the world with my family, practicing sports, reading, and going for walks.
