I am an ICF accredited executive and leadership coach based in Dublin. I have 20 years’ experience designing and facilitating workshops, programmes and coaching packages across the tech, FMCG, charity and food industries in Ireland and the UK. My early career was in the dynamic, fast paced world of events and experiential marketing in London – I loved being part of creating dynamic experiences and making meaningful change. This passion led me to coaching. where my greatest reward continues to be supporting and enabling women to have the courage to design and carve their own authentic career path. My career change came when my two children were very young. I have subsequently worked with many women through career changes or returning to work after a break. It is a unique time, filled with possibility and potential. I feel very lucky to be able to support women at this stage of their journey.
