I’m an executive coach committed to making a difference for women at work. Based out of Germany, I support women through individual coaching, business skills training and networking events. I’m also is the founder of the global Women’s Network at adidas – connecting +1200 members worldwide with mentoring and career development programs. My career has had many twists and turns along the way and I’ve had to reinvent myself many times – in my 20 years professional experience, I’ve worked in the corporate world as a strategic consultant, project manager and lean management/ agile team coach in the areas of IT, Finance, Marketing & HR. I’ve also run a start-up yoga business, worked as a high school teacher and been a stay-at-home mom for my three children. I have a coaching certifications from the Coaches Training Institute as a CPCC – Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My formal education includes a master’s degree in Business (MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management) and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science & French (BA from the University of Pittsburgh).
