Your placement will be tailored to your skillsets and any relevant previous industry experience. - The Returner Programme provides a five-month paid placement beginning in April 2023, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment.
- You will receive regular coaching support from Women Returners to help you successfully transition back into the workplace.
- An excellent opportunity to update your knowledge and skills while gaining new experiences by working on various client projects.
- Building a new network both internally and externally, whilst boosting your confidence in the workplace.
- Peer-to-peer support – The programme is run as a small cohort intake, with a number of returners starting together. This will aid all programme participants.
- Mentoring – When you begin, you will be assigned a mentor who will assist you with your transition and answer any questions you may have throughout the programme.
Who Expleo is looking for
All applicants must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and have been on a career break for at least 12 months. You may have taken a career break to care for children, eldercare, or other reasons. You could have been working part-time, on a small-scale role, or doing unpaid or charitable work. You will have prior experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Business Analysis
- Project/Programme Management
- Test Lead/ Management
- Automation Testing
- Performance Testing
- Management Consultancy across Financial Services, Life Sciences, or the Utilities sector.
