1) Security Programme Manager – Business Operations

In this role you will be the technical cyber security subject matter expert within the Security Strategy department. You will be the interface between senior management and the business objectives and security risks, capabilities, and controls.

This role has a large influence on the O2’s security strategy and on the continuous improvement of its cyber security maturity. This will involve engaging stakeholders across different levels in O2 and within Telefonica in Spain. A wide knowledge of all aspects of security including security regulatory standards like ISO27001, PCI-DSS and the Telecoms Security Requirements is needed for this role.

2) Project Manager – Networks

The Networks Project and Programme team are responsible for management and delivery of all projects and programmes affecting O2’s Mobile Network. This network delivers services to all of O2’s direct customers as well as supporting O2’s partners customers, giffgaff, Lycamobile, Sky Mobile and Tesco Mobile. They’ve been voted Uswitch’s Best Network for Coverage three years running, Best Network Performance by Mobile News and Best Network for Reliability by GWS.

You’ll work under broad direction and be accountable for project delivery of agreed benefit and scope to time, cost and quality. It is key that the role holder effectively controls and governs projects through industry best practice including effective management of the risks, issues and dependencies that influence successful delivery. You’ll expected to build relationships with key stakeholders, plan and execute effective communications plans.

3) Online Analytics Implementation Manager – Sales, Service and Retention

The Online Analytics Implementation Manager’s purpose is to maintain and improve the digital analytics implementation ensuring strong data quality, the capture of useful data and legal compliance. In this role you will build and maintain relationships with IT teams and Product owner teams and improve processes for major change implementation.

In this role strong experience of implementing, maintaining and testing the implementation of web analytics tools and experience of coding across CSS, HTML, Javascript and Jquery is needed. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital and making insight driven change and have the ability to tell stories using data

4)  Design Assurance Manager – Sales, Service and Retention

The Transformation Programme (Accelerate O2) has been given the role of delivering a major transformation across O2 over the next two years.  The Design Authority team has recently been established in order to support total quality; to ensure the business understands and agrees to the expected end to end experience underpinned by the components of design, e.g. technology, process etc.

The purpose is to reduce or eliminate any gaps or omissions linked to design and ensure business design integrity and robustness within the given timelines.  This is a fundamental part of the programme and is critical to ensuring that the business is equipped to achieve the company’s strategy over the next several years.

The Design Assurance Manager will support the Design Assurance Lead in delivering key assurance activities for the AO2 programme.  The assurance approach covers a broad range of subjects such as Legal and Compliance, Customer Experience, Quality Management, Service Design, Testing, and Business Readiness
