About RE-IGNITE
Moody’s RE-IGNITE is a paid return to work opportunity designed for individuals wishing to restart their career after a minimum two-year hiatus. Through this program, Moody’s hopes to create a pathway for passionate and dedicated professionals to re-enter the workforce. RE-IGNITE enables participants to hone their individual skills, develop new ones and flourish in their professional journey.
RE-IGNITERS may initially join Moody’s for a 16-week duration, with the goal that they will become permanent employees after successfully completing their temporary assignment, OR they may be hired as a permanent employee from day one under the supported hiring model. In either approach, during the initial 16 weeks, in addition to the work associated with their role, RE-IGNITERS receive coaching & mentoring, leadership development, networking opportunities, and guidance on trainings that could support them in their re-entry. New opportunities to join Moody’s through RE-IGNITE are opened on a rolling application basis throughout the year.
Moody’s RE-IGNITE has been running successfully in the US since 2017, and Moody’s was delighted to be able to expand to the UK in 2021. Our biggest asset is our people and as a firm we want to invest in people who challenge convention and embrace new ways of thinking. RE-IGNITE enables us to reach an invaluable wealth of talent and experience, whilst bringing greater diversity into our organisation. The expansion and growth of the program is a very logical next step in our journey.”
