About the Program

The Moody’s RE-IGNITE program is a paid return to work opportunity designed for individuals wishing to restart their career after a minimum two-year hiatus. Through this program, Moody’s hopes to create a pathway for passionate and dedicated professionals to re-enter the workforce. The program enables participants to hone their individual skills, develop new ones and re-ignite their career.

The 2021 RE-IGNITE program will take place over a 16-week period, with participants joining on a rolling basis. They are currently recruiting for Sales and Project Management Teams but may expand to other areas over the remainder of 2021.

As a returner, you will be immersed into the Moody’s organisation, and experience their unique culture through hands-on projects, leadership development and networking opportunities. Additionally, returners will benefit from a bespoke support program including returner coaching, support, guidance, and mentorship. Being part of the program also provides the potential opportunity for a permanent role with Moody’s after the completion of the 16-weeks.

Moody’s RE-IGNITE program has been running successfully in the US since 2017, and they are delighted to be able to bring the program to the UK in 2021. Who are they looking for?

You will have had a minimum of a 2-year career hiatus by June 2021. During this time, you may have worked on a small-scale or self-employed basis to fit around your other commitments, or have not done any paid work for several years.

Moody’s are looking for people with 5+ years of professional experience although requirements may vary depending on the roles in Sales or Project Management.

You will be a team player with the ability to work independently.
