About the Program
The Moody’s RE-IGNITE program is a paid return to work opportunity designed for individuals wishing to restart their career after a minimum two-year hiatus. Through this program, Moody’s hopes to create a pathway for passionate and dedicated professionals to re-enter the workforce. The program enables participants to hone their individual skills, develop new ones and re-ignite their career.
The 2021 RE-IGNITE program will take place over a 16-week period, beginning in March. As a returner, you will be immersed into the Moody’s organisation, and experience their unique culture through hands-on projects, leadership development and networking opportunities. Additionally, returners will benefit from a bespoke support program including returner coaching, support, guidance, and mentorship. Being part of the program also provides the potential opportunity for a permanent role with Moody’s in areas including Sales, Technology, Finance, Data and Analytics.
Moody’s RE-IGNITE program has been running successfully in the US since 2017, and they are delighted to be able to bring the program to the UK in 2021. Helen Rider, Managing Director, EMEA Sales and EMEA Executive Sponsor says “I am incredibly excited about the expansion of the Moody’s RE-IGNITE program to the UK. Our biggest asset is our people and as a firm we want to invest in people who challenge convention and embrace new ways of thinking. Our RE-IGNITE program enables us to reach an invaluable wealth of talent and experience, whilst bringing greater diversity into our organisation. The expansion and growth of the program is a very logical next step in our journey.”
RE-IGNITE is an integral part of Moody’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture and they are proud to be consistently recognised as one of the leading inclusive organisations by Working Mothers, Best Companies for Dads and Stonewall. Moody’s offers workplace flexibility which allows their employees the opportunity to better manage their work and personal needs.
