What does this programme offer?
In October, Lloyds Banking Group is launching a number of returner opportunities in Design Research, Business Architecture, Quality Engineering, Performance Management and Group Treasury.
LBG knows how important flexible working can be, especially after a career break. They are aware that traditional office hours aren’t always doable, so will happily have a discussion about different working patterns with you.
The Group Consumer Relationships and Consumer Lending teams are looking for Quality Engineers to join them in delivering a leading customer experience. They’re responsible for putting brilliant products into the hands of their customers and empowering its colleagues to continuously transform its services with the customer in mind. Lloyds Banking Group are transforming the way they do Engineering. Their Quality Engineers make this possible by playing a meaningful role in driving the quality software solutions into production. Who are they looking for?
Experienced professionals who are looking to return to work from a career break of at least 18 months. LBG would like you to be curious, keen to learn new skills and share a passion for helping Britain prosper. Banking or financial services experience is always welcome, but for many roles your transferrable skills will be equally as valuable.
