Relationship Director – Corporate Coverage and Institutional Coverage

Corporate & Institutional Coverage (CIC) is an origination and coverage business operating across the UK and North America. The business leads with a sector and relationship focus, whilst maintaining UK regional delivery through hubs in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester. They are looking for Senior Leaders who will be responsible for directing business with clients within the portfolio to build stronger, deeper and more sustainable partner relationships, Improving and growing the quality and quantity of the business whilst at the same time managing risk.

Associate Director – Capital Markets

The team is currently looking for an Associate Director to join them. The Team provides Bonds, Rates and Securitisation coverage and market analysis to the Group’s Large Corporate and Financial Institutions (FI) client base. Sitting within the broader LBCM business it consists of around 120 colleagues based in London, New York and Frankfurt. This will be a specialised role in which you’ll be encouraged to work within the team providing support to senior bankers whilst also driving business and revenues through regular interaction with clients of your own. You’ll establish, build and manage relationships with key clients to facilitate new and maintain existing business.

Associate Relationship Manager – Business and Commercial Banking

Their Mid Corporate Business sits within the Business and Commercial Banking arm and looks after clients turning over between £25m to £100m. They are currently looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join them to support both the Relationship Manager and Relationship Director offer the funding, support and services to their clients in order to help them manage and grow their business.

Relationship Manager  – Business and Commercial Banking

As a Relationship Manager you will look after a portfolio of clients that will typically have a turnover of between 3 million and 25 million pounds. You will help them prosper by offering the funding, support and encouragement they need to grow, at home or abroad. Your portfolio  will consist of approximately 150 Local Banking SME clients based in the UK.

Change Partner – Delivery

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and pro-active individual to join the Operating Strategy Change Partner team. The role will work closely with both the Business & Commercial Banking (‘BCB’) and Commercial Institutional Banking businesses (‘CIB’), the Platforms teams and the broader Operating Strategy team, to support the shaping and embedding of change.
