Lloyds Banking Group is reopening its award winning Returners Programme and has a number of opportunities in a variety of divisions.
Returning to work after time away can be challenging. That’s why Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) has its Returners Programme which is designed to support you through every step of re-entry into work. These roles are permanent contracts and provide the returners with 16 weeks of support when transitioning back in to the workplace. Since the launch of its Returners programme in 2014, LBG has hired over 120 talented candidates into technical and leadership roles across the Group. And now they’re looking forward to hearing from you as they continue to grow this highly successful programme!

What does this programme offer?
LBG has open returner opportunities in Retail Bank, Risk, Finance and Group Transformation. New roles are added throughout the year.
You will be bought in on a permanent contract and supported with a 16-week programme to help you transition back into the workplace. You will benefit from a buddy from LBG’s 2021 returners programme and will be part of a 2022 cohort of returners.
Coming back into the world of work after a career break can be really daunting – and LBG therefore know how important flexibility is. They’re very aware that ‘normal’ office hours aren’t always doable, so will happily have the discussion about different working patterns with you.
Who are they looking for?
Experienced professionals who are looking to return to work from a career break of at least 18 months. LBG would like to you be curious and keen to learn new skills and have a shared passion of helping Britain recover.
Banking or professional services experience is great, but they also really value transferable skills from other areas you may have worked in before. For example, strong communication skills are always key as you’ll be interacting with people across the business.
