Leidos is proud to partner with Women Returners to launch their Leidos Create Returner Programme. The aim of this programme is to support those who are returning to work following a career break, by giving the opportunity to further develop your skills and experience in a collaborative and innovative organisation. To hear more about this Programme, join Leidos at a virtual launch event on 12 September.
To be eligible and apply for the Event and the Programme, you must have the right to work in the UK and have taken a career break of 18 months or more as of November 2023. All successful applicants will need to be able to obtain BPSS clearance.
The Leidos Create Returner Programme 2023 will open for applications on 7 September 2023.
What will Leidos Create offer you?

You will be supporting the efforts of their Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence. This is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain, providing essential services, including a global freight service, procurement and inventory management of 70,000 commodity stock numbers. Who are they looking for?
Leidos is interested in candidates with:
- Experience in one of the following areas: Supply Chain & Logistics, Commercial, Risk/Compliance, Information Systems or Project Management
- The right to work in the UK
- A career break of 18 months or more as of November 2023
