Programme: Supported hiring into permanent roles, flexible start dates
Fidelity Investments Ireland is partnering with Women Returners to offer a supported hiring programme (RESUME), enabling talented professionals who have taken an extended career break to return to their professional careers in permanent roles.
Fidelity Investments rewards passionate individuals and is developing a work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration. They recognise the value that employees’ individual differences can contribute to the bright and strong future of their company.
Successful candidates who have taken a career break for 2+ years will receive individual coaching from Women Returners, internal mentoring and focused training to support their return to Fidelity Investments.
Fidelity Investments welcomes applications from people who have taken an extended career break across all their open roles, and general applications from candidates with relevant experience. For all applications, please state in your cover letter that you found out about the programme from Women Returners.
