Fidelity International, a leading investment solutions and retirement company, is delighted to be participating in the Diversity Project Cross Company 2023 Returner Programme. This programme will be delivered within Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) and Workplace and Personal Financial Health (WPFH) and is targeted at experienced professionals looking to return to work after an extended career break of 18 months or more as at September 2023. You may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around your other commitments or have not done any paid work for a number of years.

- Wealth Relationship Management
What you can expect
- The programme offers a professionally paid placement of 6 months starting in September 2023, with the strong possibility of an ongoing role at the end of the placement
- Positions are for mid-senior level roles within the ISS and WPFH businesses and will be located across London and Surrey
- You will have the opportunity to work in global teams within a growing international business
- In addition to the coaching and support you will receive from Women Returners, Fidelity will partner you with a professional mentor and buddy to support your return to work, professional development and help you to develop your internal professional network

The Wealth Adviser is responsible for proactively advising and developing a portfolio of investors within the Wealth business with assets over £250k; through working closely with a designated group of Wealth Relationship Managers to provide Investment advice to a group of clients with an emphasis on regulated products, structuring client’s affairs in the most efficient way to achieve established medium- and long-term goals, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships and providing investment advice within the UK regulatory framework.
