If you have been away from work for more than a year and have commercial experience, the FDM Returners Programme is for you. You will be provided with 7 weeks of accredited and fully funded training, equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to restart a successful career. You will then be placed on client site as an FDM Consultant.
FDM is for you if you are:
- Looking to return to work full-time
- Have at least a 1-year career break
- Have 5+ years of business experience within areas such as Project Management or Business Analysis
The 7-week online training covers:
- Professional skills, such as presentation skills, interview techniques and stakeholder management
- Introduction to Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Business Analysis
- Project Management
- Financial Industry Awareness
- Core skills: Excel, Prince 2
The Returners Programme offers you:
