Euroclear UK is partnering with Women Returners to launch their first Returner Programme for professional individuals who are looking to return to the workplace after an extended career break of 18 months or more (as at the point of application).

About the Programme

The programme offers a supported path to vital roles within Euroclear. Current Opportunities on the Programme

Business Operations Implementation Team Manager (permanent role)

They are seeking a Business Operations Implementation (BOI) Team Manager responsible for managing the impact of change within the Operations area of Euroclear UK and International (EUI). The role leads the team which coordinates, analyses, assesses and drives change for EUI Operations. This includes conducting impact and risk assessments, defining and validating operational requirements and designing and delivering training to ensure operational readiness and understanding. The role also provides operational project support to the critical and key service providers of EUI.

Head of Sales and Relationship Management UK, Ireland, CIS and Japanese Institutions in Europe (permanent role)

The scope of the role is intended to cover the variety of Euroclear Group product offerings: notably, the International Central Securities Depositary (CSD) – Euroclear Bank and the services provided by our domestic UK CSD – Euroclear UK & International. They are looking for a Head of Sales and Relationship Management to join their Commercial area, whose remit includes clients based in the UK as well as Ireland, Channel Islands, CIS, and the Japanese Financial Institutions in Europe. This role is located in London, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer of Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Operational Resilience Manager (permanent role)

They are seeking a candidate with understanding of EUI’s settlement services and the market they serve; a broad understanding of operational risk management, cyber and technology risk management; a thorough understanding of business continuity management. Key skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing formal reports, presenting to Management Committee and Board, facilitating workshops, conveying vision and complex concepts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills
