Euroclear UK is partnering with Women Returners to launch their first Returner Programme for professional individuals who are looking to return to the workplace after an extended career break of 18 months or more (as at the point of application). The programme is offering opportunities throughout the year to join Euroclear on a permanent hire or fixed term contract basis.

Current Opportunities on the Programme
Business Operations Implementation Team Manager (permanent role)
They are seeking a Business Operations Implementation (BOI) Team Manager responsible for managing the impact of change within the Operations area of Euroclear UK and International (EUI). The role leads the team which coordinates, analyses, assesses and drives change for EUI Operations. This includes conducting impact and risk assessments, defining and validating operational requirements and designing and delivering training to ensure operational readiness and understanding. The role also provides operational project support to the critical and key service providers of EUI.
Head of Sales and Relationship Management UK, Ireland, CIS and Japanese Institutions in Europe (permanent role)
The scope of the role is intended to cover the variety of Euroclear Group product offerings: notably, the International Central Securities Depositary (CSD) – Euroclear Bank and the services provided by our domestic UK CSD – Euroclear UK & International. They are looking for a Head of Sales and Relationship Management to join their Commercial area, whose remit includes clients based in the UK as well as Ireland, Channel Islands, CIS, and the Japanese Financial Institutions in Europe. This role is located in London, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer of Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Business Continuity Analyst (permanent role)
This role acts as an advisor to management on Business Continuity Management maturity, plans and procedures. They are looking for somebody to monitor internal and external threats to the enterprise in the business continuity domain, to support the business continuity management system, to facilitate training and to support engagement with the due diligence management process. Euroclear is seeking an individual to define and maintain business continuity management, key business partner/third-partner security risk, security culture and behaviour, physical and personnel security, and to design and enforce the Information Security Management System and policy exceptions management.
Operational Resilience Manager (permanent role)
They are seeking a candidate with understanding of EUI’s settlement services and the market they serve; a broad understanding of operational risk management, cyber and technology risk management; a thorough understanding of business continuity management. Key skills required:
– Excellent communication skills, including writing formal reports, presenting to Management Committee and Board, facilitating workshops, conveying vision and complex concepts
– Strong analytical skills
– Relationship-building and influencing skills
Service Partner Analyst (permanent role)
Euroclear is seeking a Service Partner Analyst that will be responsible for the identification and monitoring of risks associated with third party relationships upon which Euroclear UK and International (EUI) relies to deliver the services associated with the CREST settlement system. The role includes activities ranging from risk assessments, relationship management, monitoring of performance against published rules and standards, follow up on production incidents, communication of market practices and regulations and participation in regular service reviews.
Application Design Analyst (permanent role)
IT is at the core of Euroclear’s business, providing continuous development, assisting in delivering a cost effective and quality service to its customers. Currently the core business is run on HP NonStop Servers (Tandem). Communications infrastructure and message routing functionality are implemented on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The remit of application development team within the Group Business Solutions includes the following stages of the Development Lifecycle:
