EDF is proud to partner with Women Returners to launch their new Returner Programme. The programme will support individuals who have been out of the workplace to flexibly re-start their career and develop their skills and experience in a progressive environment.
The programme has opportunities in EDF’s Finance, Corporate Communications and Business Solutions teams.

- A 6-month paid employment opportunity with aim of a permanent role at the end of the programme

Who are they looking for?
- You will be an experienced professional who has had a career break of 18 months or more (as at September 2023). During your career break you may have been working small-scale around other commitments or not have done any paid work.
- An interest in returning or transferring into the energy sector

The recruitment process will start with your online application. If there is potentially a good fit with the programme, EDF will invite you to a virtual interview. If successful you will be invited to a final interview. The interviews will assess your fit with the EDF Behaviours through a mix of strength-based interviewing and competency/behavioural questions.
