If you are an experienced professional, actively looking to return to working in the investment sector after a career break of 18 months or more (as at April 2023), Fulcrum would love to hear from you. The Fulcrum Asset Management Return to Work Programme is a tailored six-month returnship for finance industry professionals (with the potential to lead to more permanent opportunities).  During your career break you may have worked on a small-scale or self-employed basis to fit around your other commitments, or have not done any paid work of a number of years.

What you can expect

The programme offers a paid placement of 6 months, starting in April 2023, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the placement.

Fulcrum offers hybrid working patterns for all employees and is open to discussing a range of flexible approaches that meet the needs of each individual.

The values of EXCELLENCE, INTEGRITY, INNOVATION, COLLABORATION AND SUSTAINABILITY inspire everyone at Fulcrum, influencing the team every day in terms of ways of working, interacting with each other and the relationships built with clients. The foundation of these values is built on a commitment to having a positive impact internally and on the world around us. Fulcrum seeks to build a culture that enables each individual to contribute to the company goals, in their own unique way, harnessing their passion, their beliefs and their skills.

As part of this programme, you will receive internal and external support to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace, including a mentor and buddy and specialised returner coaching delivered. As the coaching is delivered as cohort you will also benefit from a peer network of other returners on the programme.
