This is an exciting time to join Dentons as they form two new dedicated teams within Real Estate and Commercial Contracts with a single client focus, providing greater certainty and flexibility of working hours. The roles will provide the opportunity to work with one client as a core part of its legal function, enabling you to gain a deeper understanding of the client’s business and a closer working relationship with the client’s in-house team.
Opportunities Available
Given the extensive nature of their client’s business and its innovative and dynamic approach, the work will undoubtedly be varied, challenging, and engaging. This is a unique opportunity which will also see you working directly with the client giving advice and answering questions.
Real Estate – Glasgow and Milton Keynes
Within the commercial Real Estate team, the work will encompass all aspects of their commercial real estate portfolio, including leases, land and title investigation, estate management and supporting on major projects or high-profile transactions. The dedicated team is being set up in Glasgow/Milton Keynes to support this work, which will work alongside their Band 1 ranked Real Estate (RE) team as well as the client’s in-house legal function.
Dentons is looking for:
- Lawyers of all levels with general commercial real estate experience, particularly within the retail sector or on large portfolios.
Commercial Contracts – Glasgow
Within the Commercial Contracts team, the work will encompass commercial contracts, technology, and outsourcing agreements, third party supplier arrangements and other contracts relating to its business operations. The dedicated team is being set up in Glasgow to support this work, which will work alongside their Band 1 ranked Technology, Media, and Telecoms (TMT) team as well as the client’s in-house legal function.

- Lawyers of all levels with general commercial contracts, technology/outsourcing and intellectual property experience.
