Allianz is recruiting for an Internal Resourcer to join the team working from home with visits to offices nationally. They are looking for a candidate with recruitment/resourcing experience, who has been out of the workplace for at least 2 years and is looking to step back into the workplace. You will be joining directly into a permanent role, with coaching and mentoring transition support provided.

Allianz is looking for a first class Internal Resourcer to focus on their volume recruitment campaigns throughout their Allianz and LV=GI contact centre networks.
Allianz is looking for an Internal Resourcer to reach new talent in the market and help them grow their expanding teams across both brands. This is a challenging role, but sourcing the best quality talent to talk to their customers is a key priority within their business. The successful candidate will have a proven and demonstrable background in resourcing either agency or in-house. You will have experience in managing stakeholders across a variety of levels; with the ability to influence and innovate. They work in a fast paced environment with challenging deadlines, so volume experience would be desirable but not essential. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are also desirable.
About the Role
The role involves:
- Full accountability for recruitment campaign design, management and delivery within a currently virtual assessment centre framework using various digital assessment tools.
- Providing resourcing expertise to both business stakeholders and HR colleagues at all levels
- Design and implementation of the resourcing strategies and plans for dedicated account areas
- Design and delivery of direct attraction strategy (including job adverts, media selection, social media campaigns)
- Maintaining and continuously improving your account area resourcing framework; policies, procedures, systems and data to ensure a Centre of Excellence ( COE) is consistently achieved.
- Owning HR and HR resourcing projects to drive continuous improvement for your account areas and our COE
- Interpreting and reporting on resourcing data for campaign evaluations

You will be supported by bespoke coaching sessions from Women Returners and a business-based mentor from day 1, supporting your transition to be a member of the Allianz team.
