BCG wants to ensure that those with extended leaves of absence feel empowered to re-enter the workforce with confidence.

Who is BCG looking for?

The BCG Career Returners Programme has been specifically designed for those with 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting OR 5 to 10 years of industry related experience, in a professional or leadership role, looking to re-start their career after a break of two or more years. You may have taken time out for childcare or eldercare, for relocation, or working on a small-scale basis to fit around your other commitments, or simply had an extended leave of absence. Candidates should be analytically minded, demonstrate a high degree of quant skills and be able to demonstrate leadership in their experience.

Any interested returner candidates with significantly more work experience should reach out directly to discuss opportunities via LONRecruiting@bcg.com  Please type ‘Career Returners’ in the subject box.
