BNY Mellon Investment Management is offering placements within their Investment Boutiques in EMEA, and they are looking to hire within the following fields:
- Relationship Management
- Investor Relations
- Product Management/Solutions/Marketing
- Compliance
- Technology

The programme is open to individuals who have taken a career break of 18 months or more (as at April 2022). You may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around your other commitments or have not done any paid work for a number of years.
What BNY Mellon is offering in return
The 6-month paid placements will provide the opportunity to step back into a mid/senior level position with the strong likelihood of permanent employment at the end of the programme. Your return to work will be fully supported with an internal mentor, a buddy, and return to work coaching support from Women Returners. As the Career Returners Programme is delivered centrally you will also benefit from a ready-made peer support group.
