They are passionate about supporting talented individuals back into the workplace and like the energy that comes with innovating and interacting with people who may approach things from a different angle.
The programme is for professionals who are looking to re-start their careers after a career break of 2 or more years. During this time, you may have worked on a small-scale basis to fit around your other commitments or have not done any paid work for a number of years.
About the Reignite Returners Programme
The Avanade Reignite Returners Programme offers a paid placement of 6 months with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the programme. The programme will start during 2021 (date TBC). The roles will be based in Avanade’s London office and will require UK based travel. Typically, consultants spend 3 to 4 days a week on client site.

Advisory (Management Consulting)
The Advisory Talent Community consists of 3 integrated capabilities: Business, Technology and Organisational Change Transformation. The Advisory team aims to help solve their customer’s modern business challenges with a customer centric and industry orientated conversation.
Members of this team help their customers understand and quantify their challenges through discovery and assessment workshops and interviews. They help their customers build a business case for change, envision the future and support them in planning a transformation roadmap to deliver this. They work with other Avanade Talent Communities to realise these plans and help their customers get the most out of their investments in Technology and People.
Avanade’s Business & Tech Integration Talent Community is made up of business analysts from a variety of backgrounds and experiences from relationship management, product management, regulatory practices, technical developers and many more.
The team is responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology, translating complex business problems into technical solutions. They spend most of their time working with clients, running workshops, defining processes, documenting requirements and supporting the technical teams to bring solutions to life. There is no “standard” day as a BA for Avanade, but they are often the go-to specialist their clients rely on!
The Infrastructure Talent Community is responsible for building business and operating models that have the ability to deliver IT solutions and services to their clients and employees.
Employees in this community develop and maintain Avanade’s and their clients’ cloud infrastructures, operating systems, networking, security, and systems management. They advise on communications systems for clients, focused mainly on Microsoft Skype and Teams technologies and implementations. Their expertise covers internet strategy, architecture, network design, implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
Avanade’s Software Engineering Talent Community is responsible for implementing the ground breaking digital solutions that they offer to their clients.
Members of this community work across the software and service delivery lifecycles. They include IT architects, developers, programmers and coders, as well as quality assurance and testing specialists. Their job roles involve analysing, designing, building, implementing and maintaining software solutions for Avanade and for their clients.
