Women Returners is excited to be partnering with ASOS to launch the ASOS Returners Programme. The programme has been designed for professionals who are looking to return to work after an extended career break. You will be given the support needed to help your transition back into the workplace, including coaching and mentoring from ASOS and Women Returners.

ASOS Returners Programme

The ASOS Returners Programme will be a six-month paid placement, with a number of positions across Technology. The programme will commence in May 2021, and at the end of the programme, you will be well positioned to secure a permanent role with ASOS.

ASOS knows times are a little strange right now, so all roles will be remote initially, but don’t worry, through the use of technology, they’ll ensure you still have the same level of support from your team. In time, some roles will be a hybrid of office and home, whilst others will be completely remote. They are also happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.

Who ASOS is looking for

The ASOS Returners Programme is aimed at professionals who have had a career break of two or more years. You may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around other commitments or you may not have done any paid work for a number of years. Whether you’ve been out of work for childcare, eldercare, or other reasons, ASOS would love to hear from you. The skill sets they are looking for include:

  • Project Management/Business Analysis
  • Software Engineering (C#)
  • Web Development (JavaScript, React)
  • QA Engineering (C#)
  • Data Engineering
