Many highly-skilled, experienced, professional women and men have taken career breaks because of family duties, to travel/volunteer, or other reasons. In many cases, there comes a time when they want to return to the workforce – but there can be challenges. That’s why Accenture Ireland is partnering with Women Returners to launch their 2021 ReSUME Returners Programme, to support professionals back to the workplace.
The ReSUME Returners Programme is a 6-month, competitively-paid work placement to empower professionals who have taken a career break of two years or more, to return to the workplace. ReSUME applications will be accepted throughout the year, with roles being opened and added to the ReSUME programme on a rolling basis.
