Expleo is excited to work with Women Returners to launch their Return@Expleo 2022 returner programme. Expleo supports and believes in meaningful change and the new opportunities that this presents. With this in mind, they are delighted to be partnering with Women Returners on their pilot returner programme to support those returning to work after an extended career break of 12+ months.

At Expleo you will work as part of their team on one of their Dublin client sites. Expleo will operate a blended remote working model ideally supporting a combination of remote and onsite work. You will get to work alongside like-minded people, and understand how their Clients work and operate. The placement will be tailored to your skillsets and any relevant previous industry experience. It will be a 5 month paid placement with the opportunity of a permanent role at the end of the programme.

In order to provide the most innovative and effective solutions, you will work as part of diverse and varied teams, leveraging your client management skills to deliver results for the Client.

What you can expect

  • The Returner Programme offers a paid placement of five months, starting in February 2022, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment
  • You will receive regular coaching support from Women Returners to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace
  • A great opportunity to refresh your knowledge and skills, whilst gaining new experiences when working on different client projects
  • Building a new network both internally and externally, whilst boosting your confidence in the workplace
  • Peer to peer support – the programme is run as a small cohort intake, so a number of returners will start the programme together. This will provide support to all those partaking in the programme
  • Mentoring – you will be assigned a mentor when you start, to support your transition and help with any questions you might have throughout the programme

What Expleo is looking for

All applicants must have the right to work in the ROI and have been on a career break for 12+ months or more. Your career break may have been for childcare, eldercare or other reasons. You may have been working in a part time, small-scale role or participating in unpaid or charitable work. You will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Business Analysis
  • Project/Programme Management
  • Test Lead/ Management
  • Development
  • Automation Testing
  • Performance Testing
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Management Consultancy across Financial Services, Life Sciences or the Utilities sector.
