Expleo is excited to work with Women Returners to launch their Return@Expleo returner programme starting in February 2022. Expleo supports and believes in meaningful change and the new opportunities that this presents. With this in mind, they are delighted to be partnering with Women Returners on their pilot returner programme to support those returning to work after an extended career break of 12 months or more.
At Expleo, you will work as part of their team on one of their Dublin client sites. Expleo will operate a blended remote working model ideally supporting a combination of remote and onsite work. You will get to work alongside like-minded people, and understand how their Clients work and operate. The placement will be tailored to your skillsets and any relevant previous industry experience. Expleo is focused on providing the best solutions for their Clients to support their digital transformation. In order to provide the most innovative and effective solutions, you will work as part of diverse and varied teams, leveraging your client management skills to deliver results for the Client.
About the Launch Event
The Launch Event on Tuesday 16 November 9.30am – 12pm will be online and is your opportunity to learn more about the programme, informally meet the team and ask questions. You will also benefit from a Women Returners’ coaching workshop! We do hope you can join us for the full agenda, but if that is not possible you are welcome to join us in part. You will not need to use your camera or mic, except in the networking sessions, where use of both is encouraged.

Who is the Launch Event for?
The event is aimed at potential candidates for the Return@Expleo programme which will be starting in February 2022. Suitable candidates will have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland and have been on a career break for 12 months or more. Your career break may have been for childcare, eldercare or other reasons. You may have been working in a part time, small-scale role or participating in unpaid or charitable work.
You will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Business Analysis
- Project/Programme Management
- Test Lead/ Management
- Development
- Automation Testing
- Performance Testing
- Agile/Scrum
- Management Consultancy across Financial Services, Life Sciences or the Utilities sector.
About Return@Expleo
- A professionally paid placement of five months, starting in February 2022, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the programme
- You will receive regular coaching support from Women Returners to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace
- A great opportunity to refresh your knowledge and skills, whilst gaining new experiences when working on different client projects
- Building a new network both internally and externally, whilst boosting your confidence in the workplace
- Peer to peer support – the programme is run as a small cohort intake, so a number of returners will start the programme together. This will provide support to all those partaking in the programme
- Mentoring – you will be assigned a mentor when you start, to support your transition and help with any questions you might have throughout the programme
