IQUAD is partnering with Women Returners to co-host a Career Returners Event aimed at introducing returning professionals to the IQUAD programme, a comprehensive training programme designed to support, train and develop talent into technology careers.

About IQUAD

Supporting returners into Tech careers

If you’re looking to return or retrain into a career in Technology and understand the fundamentals of software development, their Pioneer Programme will help you refresh and restart your career. As one of their Pioneers, they will give you access to a structured training programme that will empower you with job ready skills including coaching and mentoring to support your transition back into the corporate world. By choosing to work with them, they’ll help you get to where you want to be.

IQUAD is looking for candidates who are passionate about all things Tech! Once the training is complete, you’ll be ready to be deployed and onboarded to a client site as you officially start your new career with them.

Who’s it for?

Individuals who have taken a career break of 12 months or more and fit with at least one of the following criteria:

  • 1 years’ experience (technical, problem-solving and communication skills)
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC and object orientated programming
  • Coding Experience – can be projects completed during school/university/coding camps or independently)
  • A passion for technology and commitment to learning new skills

During your career break you may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around your other commitments or have not done any paid work for a number of years.
