Hymans Robertson is delighted to partner with Women Returners to launch their Hymans Robertson Returner Programme starting in February 2022. The programme is a fully supported route back to professional level work for individuals who have taken a career break of 18 months or more.

About Hymans Robertson Returner Programme  

  • A professionally paid placement of 6 months, starting in February 2022, with the high likelihood of a permanent role at the end of the programme
  • You will receive coaching support from Women Returners to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace
  • A great opportunity to refresh your knowledge and skills, whilst gaining new experiences
  • Building a new network both internally and externally, whilst boosting your confidence in the workplace
  • Peer to peer support – the programme is run as a cohort intake, so a number of returners will start the programme together. This will provide support to all those partaking in the programme

Applications for the programme will open on 1 December.

The Launch Event

The Launch Event on Tuesday 7 December 9.30am – 12.30pm will be online and is your opportunity to learn more about the programme, informally meet the team and ask questions. You will also benefit from a Women Returners’ coaching workshop!  They do hope you can join them for the full agenda, but if that is not possible you are welcome to join them in part.  You will not need to use your camera or mic, except in the networking sessions, where use of both is encouraged.

Who is the Launch Event for?

The event is aimed at potential candidates for the Hymans Robertson Returner Programme which will be starting in February 2022. Suitable candidates will have been on a career break for 18 months or more. Your career break may have been for childcare, eldercare or other reasons. You may have been working in a part time, small-scale role or participating in unpaid or charitable work.

You will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
