Opportunity: Rolling Supported Hiring Returner Programme
Euroclear UK is partnering with Women Returners to launch their first Returner Programme for professional individuals who are looking to return to the workplace after an extended career break of 18 months or more (as at the point of application).
About the Programme
The programme offers a supported path to vital roles within Euroclear. Permanent and fixed term contract opportunities will be highlighted throughout the year so if the current roles are not a good fit for your skills and experience, please check the advert regularly or reach out to Angus McArthur (email@example.com) to discuss what you are looking for.
Euroclear’s programme will offer:
- A variety of work settings or places based on the activity performed (meeting spaces, calm spaces, home office, corporate office), supported by the right technology and culture
- A large variety of positions available ranging from Technology, Operations, Risk, Governance and Client Services
- A supportive peer network of internal Programme Champions
- Coaching support from Women Returners to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace during your first six months of employment
- 16.6 hours of training per employee per year
One of Euroclear’s corporate goals is to be a great place to work. The Flex-E initiative was created to unleash potential in each employee via flexibility, trust and personal accountability, regardless of physical location or job type. Euroclear is happy to talk about Flex-E at interview and what this looks like for roles available on the programme.
To be eligible for the Euroclear programme you must have the right to work in the UK. During your career break, you may have worked on a small-scale or self-employed basis to fit around your other commitments, or have not done any paid work of a number of years. Your career break could be for any reason.
