Cameron Barney is partnering with Women Returners to launch its second Returner Programme. They are seeking a finance professional who has taken an extended career break of 2+ years and now wants to return to a flexible role using their prior skills and experience. The successful candidate is likely to have a background as a senior associate or VP within the corporate finance department of an investment bank. The role will commence late April 2022, following the Easter school break.

The returnship will be 4 days per week with flexible working hours, and mainly home-based.

About the Cameron Barney returner programme

  • The programme will run for six months
  • The returnship will be 4 days per week with flexible working hours
  • Work will be mainly from home, with regular team and client meetings at CB’s Mayfair offices
  • The possibility of a permanent role at the end of the programme

You will work on professional level projects and benefit from guidance and support from senior colleagues, together with coaching from Women Returners to support you in your transition back into the workplace.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience in Excel and financial modelling, PowerPoint investor presentation and valuations
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
  • Good judgment and common sense and a desire to provide exceptional client service
  • Client relationship management skills
  • An extended career break of two or more years
