Amazon Returnship Program: Amazon is partnering with Women Returners to launch their first Returners Program. By introducing this 16 week paid employment program, Amazon aims to support those who have been out of the workplace for a year or more to flexibly re-start their career and develop their skills and experience in a progressive environment. The returner will be supported throughout the program by a buddy and mentor and will have access to a curated suite of training and learning opportunities. Convex Returners Programme: The programme is designed for professionals who have taken a career break of at least two years and who are interested in re-launching their career in a high performing organisation with a strong and differentiated culture that sees returners as untapped talent. Participants join on a 6-month returnship, with the high likelihood of permanent employment at the end of the programme. The Diversity Project
The Diversity Project is a cross-company volunteer-led initiative in the Savings and Investment Sector. It was started in early 2016 by a group of leaders in the investment and savings profession, who decided to take action to accelerate progress towards an inclusive culture within the industry. They recognise that future success – for their clients, members, employers and shareholders – requires an inclusive culture. They believe that there is an extraordinary opportunity to press the re-set button in the industry: to recruit, nurture and retain the first truly diverse generation of Savings and Investment professionals.
