About the Roles
To be eligible for a role with Opportunity Onramps, candidates must have a minimum of three years of prior work experience and a break from their career for at least one and a half years.
Associate Program Manager (Product Dev)
Are you ready to take your knowledge of technology, continuous delivery, collaborating and problem solving and put them to work to deliver outstanding solutions? Are you up for the challenge of working across the organisation to deliver on a range of initiatives from the weekly service update up to our most results-oriented goals? Workday has an outstanding opportunity within the Product and Technology Release and Programs team for a person with vision, drive, and a preference for excellence and a track record of success. If challenges, teamwork, multitasking and innovation are your thing then this role is for you!
Basic Qualifications
- Confirmed experience with enterprise software development, operations, support or QA
- SaaS experience
- Ability to multi-task and context switch successfully, based on business priority
- Hands-on knowledge of various Agile & Continuous Delivery practices and fields
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues of all levels
Associate Software Development Engineer, Customer Deployment Tools
Customer Deployment Tools enable Workday’s partners and customers to significantly reduce the cost and improve the quality of deployment through automation. Researching, prototyping, innovation, and technical excellence are essential parts of the team culture. They are passionate about their products and obsessed about quality and performance. They are always looking to push boundaries and to deliver innovative solutions to their customers. Their engineers are innovative software developers who are knowledgeable about the latest technologies and trends. They use statistics and user experience insights to inform how they deliver our services in production and ship new features to deliver and maintain a performant, manageable and secure platform. If you are a software engineer who will enjoy collaborating with developers, product owners, architects, security, user experience, and infrastructure than go at it alone, they’d love to speak to you.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with Scala (CATS) or similar functional programming language(s)
- Experience with Java
- You love to solve problems with efficient, solid code and could prove it through automated tests
- You possess a strong sense of ownership, have an analytical mindset, and are a fast learner who is detail oriented
