Quality Engineer

Can you develop, define and document “As Is” & “To Be” process models? Are you confident at gathering requirements through different methods? Then LBG would love to hear from you!
Service Engineers
Their Service Engineers are on-hand to fix problems (preferably before their customers notice them!). LBG is looking for people with strong collaboration skills who are passionate about ensuring swift and controlled IT recovery. Being able to provide clear and understandable updates is key as well as driving root cause analysis on service related issues.
Who are they looking for?
Experienced professionals who are looking to return to work from a career break of at least 18 months. LBG would like you to be curious, keen to learn new skills and share a passion for helping Britain prosper. Banking or financial services experience is always welcome, but for many roles your transferrable skills will be equally as valuable.
Why should you apply?
Through the LBG Returners Programme you will have a permanent job role from Day One, you will start alongside others on the programme and have access to a returners network, you will be supported in finding the right mentors and coaches and you will have designated learning time available to help you settle back into the workplace.
