A successful candidate who has taken a career break of 18+months will receive coaching support through the transition period from Women Returners. You may have taken time out for childcare or eldercare, for relocation, or for other reasons. You may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around your other commitments or have not done any paid work for a number of years.
About the Role
The Eight Roads Technology team (part of the Finance technology team) works on the delivery and development of services to the Eight Roads Capital Venture and Investment business. This is a small team responsible for supporting and delivering a portfolio of projects agreed with Eight Roads.
The role will take ownership for the delivery of projects within the Eight Roads portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders in the global investment and central (Finance, HR, Risk) teams to deliver products and to ensure strong levels of on-going service and engagement. This is an exciting role within a diverse business environment and gives exposure to a varied technology landscape.
This would suit an energised individual with project management and delivery skills. It requires a high level understanding of technology and a willingness to learn new areas. A new technology strategy for Eight Roads is being articulated and you will be part of the successful implementation, working with the various internal and external teams globally to make that happen.
