About the Programme
Euroclear UK & International, is partnering with Women Returners to launch their Returners Programme for professional individuals who are looking to return to the workplace after an extended career break of 18 months or more (as at the point of application). The programme is offering permanent opportunities throughout the year so if the current roles are not a good fit for your skills and experience, please do check on the programme advert regularly.
The programme offers a supported path to vital roles within Euroclear, and the programme will offer:
- A permanent role from day 1
- A variety of work settings or places based on the activity performed (meeting spaces, calm spaces, home office, corporate office), supported by the right technology and culture
- A large variety of positions available ranging from Technology, Operations, Risk, Governance and Client Services
- A supportive peer network of internal Programme Champions
- Coaching support from Women Returners to help you to transition successfully back into the workplace during your first six months of employment
- 16.6 hours of training per employee per year
To be eligible for the Euroclear programme you must have the right-to-work in the UK. During your career break, you may have worked on a small-scale or self-employed basis to fit around your other commitments or have not done any paid work for a number of years. Your career break could be for any reason.
