Convex is launching their fourth Returner Programme in 2024. They created their Returners Programme for people like you, who are interested in re-entering the workforce and re-launching your career in a high performing organisation with a strong and differentiated culture. Successful applicants will join in Claims, Data, Legal, Operations & Tax. They‘ll buddy you up with another ‘Convexian’ to help you successfully transition back to work and you‘ll take part in a Career Returners Coaching Programme from Women Returners for ongoing support.
Convex is seeking 5 talented professionals to work in the areas below; full details of the individual roles and how to apply can be found at the following links. Both full-time and part-time working will be considered:
Each role is a 6-month contract based in London with full benefits, from February 2024 until August 2024, with the intention to continue into a permanent role upon successful completion of the initial contract.

You will be
- Currently on a career break for a variety of reasons of at least 2 years (don’t worry if you’ve done volunteering, school governor work or similar)
- Interested in working for a company that embraces diversity of thought and sees the value of untapped talent – that’s you.
- Looking for a supportive re-entry back into the workforce where you become a valuable addition to the business
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to satisfy any regulatory requirements for the role if applicable
Ideally you will have
- Experience within Professional Services, Financial Services, Technology, Insurance or a directly relevant area
- Strong numeracy with good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
At the end of the programme participants will be ready to take the next step in their career with the intention of a permanent role as a Convexian.
