BT is partnering with Women Returners to offer a supported hiring role in their Business Operations team. They are looking for a Business Operations Specialist and welcome returner candidates to apply for this role.
A successful returner candidate, who has had a career break of 18 months or more, will receive coaching support through the transition period from Women Returners. Your career break may have been for childcare, eldercare, relocation or other reasons. You may have been working on a small-scale basis to fit around other commitments or not done any paid work for a number of years.

If so, BT has an opportunity available for the role of Business Operations Specialist.
BT needs to ensure that their processes allow them to become a lean and simple organisation. The role is absolutely fundamental in ensuring they achieve this ambition by both seeking operational efficiencies and by ensuring that governance procedures support, rather than slow down, their ability to deliver for their customers.
The Business Operations Specialist for Network Services will be responsible for ensuring that all elements of the Networks Services scorecard are achieved.
Working in partnership with the Unit Managing Directors, Finance Teams and HR, the post holder will ensure that all forecasts are appropriately underpinned, forecast and delivered against – driving responsibility to hit the forecasts into every member of Network Services and the unit they support. Activities will broadly cover training, T&S, allowances, recruitment, and Ad hoc requests that are common in an ever changing and evolving environment.

They are passionate about growth mindset and building a diverse and inclusive team. You’ll love a spreadsheet and data manipulation will be the majority of your day.
