This event has now ended

Returner Programmes have evolved enormously since we founded Women Returners almost a decade ago in 2014. In addition to the cohort annual returnship, there are now many alternative ways in which organisations can successfully tap into and support the career returner talent pool. Our 2023 Employer Event will explore Creative Strategies for Career Returners Hiring, including cross-company programmes, rolling BAU recruitment and broader career returner inclusive hiring.

Register to join us on 31 October (9.15-10.30) for this free-of-charge event for current and prospective returner employers from all sectors:

  • Hear from a panel of leading returner employers, who will be sharing how they have adapted their Career Returners hiring initiatives to align with their DE&I initiatives, fluctuating hiring needs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals
  • Hear from Women Returners about the latest options to embed career returners inclusive hiring
  • Share learnings and ideas with other employers in small breakout groups
