Women Returners is a purpose-led consulting, coaching and network organisation, founded in 2014, which works with employers, career returners and government to enable professionals to return to suitable-level roles after an extended career break. Our mission is to remove the Career Break Penalty. We have partnered with over 170 leading employers across sectors, supported many thousands of professionals to return to work and delivered several large-scale funded employability programmes. We are a social business. Our Women Returners Professional Network provides free advice, information and support to our 9,000-strong member community.
